HOW TO REDUCE SHIPPING COSTS.
Shipping costs from South Africa to any International destination are based on weight and size:
- the more you order the higher the shipping costs.
- the heavier the product you order the higher the shipping cost.
- the larger the product the higher the shipping costs.
International Shipping costs are quite expensive however this is offset by the favorable exchange rate and more importantly by which products you order. When you factor in the incredibly low prices you are being charged for our products, then add the shipping costs and then do the currency exchange conversion you should still have commercially viable products...that is if you have ordered the correct products.
Every product has a DIMENSIONS button shown directly below, this will show you the weight and size of the product.....DO NOT ORDER LARGE HEAVY PRODUCTS unless you are prepared to pay high shipping costs.

Beaded Jewelry, necklaces, bangles, bracelets, earrings, etc are great examples of products to order with the lowest shipping costs, beaded earrings for example only weigh 8 grams and are economical to ship.
This applies to most of our beaded products, Zulu Love Letters, beaded keyrings, beaded pens, Christmas decorations, etc are all small lightweight products, always check the weight and size of the product to ensure lower shipping costs.

EXAMPLES OF PRODUCTS THAT ARE EXPENSIVE TO SHIP.

- Zulu Hats.
- Wooden curios.
- Stone curios.
- Soapstone bowls.
- Statues.
- Walking sticks.
- Grass mats.
- Vuvuzela.
- Nguni hides.

INSURANCE ON ALL SHIPPING/COURIER/TRANSPORT.
All shipping quotes EXCLUDE INSURANCE. Over the last 10 years (1000's of orders) our shippers have never lost a single order however there is a remote possibility this could happen. Unless the buyer specifically requests an insurance quote we will always quote shipping costs excluding insurance. If you would like your goods to be insured for theft in transit, breakage, political riot, etc, please request this in an email and make sure it is included on your invoice as an additional insurance cost. In the event that no insurance fee is included and paid for on the invoice, Earth Africa will accept no liability whatsoever for the loss or damage to your goods once they leave our premises.
