Ordering Process.
When you place an order on our website and proceed to checkout, no payment is required at this stage. This process allows us to:
- Review Your Location: Identify the destination for your order.
- Review the products you have ordered and more importantly the QTY.
- Calculate Shipping Costs and Delivery Lead Time: Provide an accurate quote based on your location, order size, and product weight.
Once we’ve completed this process, you will receive a detailed quote via email. At this point, you can confirm or cancel your order.
Shipping Costs Within South Africa.
- Shipping costs range from R100.00 to R150.00, depending on the weight and destination.
- Once your order is received, we will provide an exact delivery cost and lead time.
International Shipping Costs.
- Please see the estimated SHIPPING COSTS table below.
- We will confirm the exact shipping cost on receipt of your order.
- Estimated Delivery Time: 14-21 days (includes processing, manufacturing, packing, and shipping).
How to Reduce Shipping Costs.
- Order Small and Lightweight Items:
Products such as beaded jewelry, necklaces, earrings, keyrings, and Christmas decorations are lightweight and economical to ship. - Avoid Large or Heavy Products:
Items like Zulu hats, wooden or stone curios, statues, grass mats, and Vuvuzelas are heavier and more expensive to ship. - Check Product Dimensions:
Use the "DIMENSIONS" button on each product page to view weight and size before ordering.
Insurance on Shipping.
- Shipping quotes exclude insurance.
- While our shippers have never lost an order in over 10 years, insurance can be added upon request for coverage against theft, damage, or loss.
- Request Insurance: If required, ensure the cost is added to your invoice. Note: Without insurance, Earth Africa cannot accept liability for lost or damaged goods after dispatch.
